Help ! How to programe the object of armap by using c# ?

Details follow :



mba110_22 layer has the Enabled field. This Enabled field includes 2 values which are True(pink color) and False(Red color).
The first,This Enabled field is True value(pink). When i click on the object on the map, this object will transform into False value and Timer(in c#) counts the number of times. The, i click on the object on the map again, this object will transform into True value and Timer stop counting. This number of times will being saved in access database.
