I recently worked with an outdated, incomplete Milsoft model export and was able to use the XY to Line tool to generate our conductor spans based on point data of the XY and upline XY values stored in the overhead primary table.
I'm faced with the challenge of building a 600+ square mile system from scratch, and given the GPS location of the service points, utility poles, and underground structures, I would love to employ the same approach to build the new model if possible. I am wondering if anyone has dealt with obtaining and transferring the upline XY values for point data to the appropriate attribute table in ESRI?
